Which two provinces make up Central Canada?

Southern Quebec and southern Ontario together make up Central Canada. Over half of everyone in the country lives there, in cities and towns spread along the St. Lawrence River and beside the Great Lakes. The region is the industrial heart of the nation, where manufacturing is concentrated. Put the two provinces together and they turn out more than three-quarters of everything Canada manufactures. Winters in the southern parts of both provinces are cold, while summers are warm and humid.
