1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Canada Citizenship Exam Prep ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides study materials and practice tests to help prepare for the Canadian citizenship citizenship test. The Service is provided for educational purposes only.

3. No Guarantee

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date content, we do not guarantee that using the Service will result in passing the official Canadian citizenship test. The official test content may change without notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code of the Service are protected by copyright. You may use the Service for personal study purposes only. Redistribution or commercial use is prohibited.

5. Premium Subscription (iOS app)

The iOS app is free to use. An optional subscription, Premium Monthly, removes adverts and unlocks full offline access. It is sold through the App Store, so Apple's standard Terms of Use (EULA) apply to the subscription in addition to these terms.

  • Premium Monthly is an auto-renewable subscription with a term of one month.
  • New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Unless it is cancelled before the trial ends, the paid subscription starts automatically.
  • The price is shown in the app before you confirm, and differs by country. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple Account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period already paid for.
  • Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited if you buy a subscription during the trial.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. User Data

All user data is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for data loss due to browser clearing, device changes, or other circumstances. We recommend using the Export feature to back up your progress.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
